Pursuant to I.C. §67-5280(2)(b), OAH is authorized to “[c]onduct such … mediations … that are requested by agencies and agreed to by the office of administrative hearings.” For FY23, OAH does not charge parties for mediations it conducts.
In conjunction therewith, agencies making such request are permitted to request specific individuals to serve as a mediator in a particular proceeding, per I.C. §67-5284.
The hearing officers currently authorized by OAH to serve as mediators, and who may be requested by agencies seeking mediation services, are as follows:

For an agency to request a specific mediator, that request can be made by email in conjunction with the submission of its mediation request.
