General Orders
Pursuant to their statutory authority (including, but not limited to, Idaho Code §§67-5206(3), 67-5282(d), and 67-5282(h)), the Chief Administrative Law Judge may, from time to time, issue General Orders regarding OAH’s operation.

OAH Decisions
Almost all decisions issued by Office of Administrative Hearings ALJs are as hearing officers for contested case proceedings in front of other agencies.
