Pursuant to their statutory authority (including, but not limited to, Idaho Code §§67-5206(3), 67-5282(d), and 67-5282(h)), the Chief Administrative Law Judge may, from time to time, issue General Orders regarding OAH’s operation.

OAH Decisions

Almost all decisions issued by Office of Administrative Hearings ALJs are as hearing officers for contested case proceedings in front of other agencies.  However, in certain limited circumstances, the Office of Administrative Hearings may issue its own decisions, typically by the Chief Administrative Law Judge, regarding questions specific to the Office of Administrative Hearings.  These decisions, listed below, may be redacted of confidential information.
